Verizon Power Equipment Return Policy
- August 24, 2021
Updated July 19, 2018 10:59:48A return to the same provider is not allowed for any reason, including damage, or if the equipment is stolen.
The return policy applies to all Verizon Power equipment including equipment owned by Verizon.
The carrier also requires customers to take a “safety assessment” to ensure they have sufficient power to operate a home or business.
For most residential and business customers, the return policy only applies to the initial billing cycle.
However, customers who have more than $100,000 in total billings in the first 90 days will need to make an additional payment to continue using the service.
If the carrier receives a negative score, the carrier will not charge customers any additional fees.
Customers will be required to sign an agreement to return the equipment, and pay a $50 return authorization fee.
The company does not offer a return policy for its other power equipment.
Customers can also pay to have their equipment returned to them at their own expense, which costs $10 per item.
