Why you should exercise more at home

A lot of people want to be active at home, and they want to keep that activity going, but there’s a lot of research to show that the more you exercise, the less likely you are to live long enough to see those benefits.

Now, some scientists are starting to look at whether that’s true for exercise equipment, and their findings may have an impact on your daily exercise.

Exercise equipment: The research finds that exercise equipment is just as important as exercise physiologists say.

The study, published in the Journal of Applied Physiology, looked at the effect of different types of exercise equipment on the likelihood of being able to exercise for an extended period of time, including a long, strenuous workout.

A total of 1,074 people took part in the study, and while the participants all exercised at home on average every other day, the researchers found that the majority of exercisers used some kind of exercise machine.

They then compared their results with the average results for people who exercised in public, which is usually about 30 minutes per day.

Overall, the exercisers were able to achieve a similar level of physical activity, but the people who used the exercise equipment were more likely to get more out of it.

“People who use equipment at home tend to get less out of that exercise than people who do it at the gym, which means that exercise is more important than the gym,” lead author Dr. Peter Hahn said.

It’s not a good thing to get into an activity with your legs dragging, he added.

Some exercisers did well on the treadmill, while others were only able to get a few minutes of exercise per day, and most of the people did not get to exercise a significant amount.

What did they find?

The exercisers who used a variety of exercise machines performed an average of 2.8 minutes of work per minute, which equated to about a 30 minute workout.

People who did exercise in public averaged 2.7 minutes of activity per minute.

But, interestingly, those exercisers in public were also more likely than the exerciser in public who didn’t use equipment to live longer.

People who did both exercise and public exercise had a greater likelihood of living up to the guidelines, the study found.

If you’re not sure what to do with that time, you should try exercising with a friend, or you can do a short, quick workout, Hahn suggested.

More research is needed, but in the meantime, this is a good start.
