We talked to experts and scientists to find out how to keep your body cooler, and we found out that cardio workouts may help keep you cooler too.

Cooling can happen at any moment When you’re exercising, your body is already cooling down.
Your muscles and joints are working harder to maintain your body temperature, so when your body begins to cool down, you can expect the temperature to drop even more.
