Why the outdoor dining room has to go?
- September 2, 2021
When the outdoor kitchen is no longer needed, the next logical step is to turn the dining room into an outdoor space.
In a city where outdoor dining is common, there are some limitations.
The indoor dining room needs to be heated to 75 degrees Fahrenheit, the outdoor room needs a minimum of three square feet, and the outdoor seating area has to be a minimum distance from the kitchen and counter.
While there are other options, such as having a single outdoor table or table with chairs, these limits limit the number of dining room seating spaces in a restaurant.
And it’s important to keep in mind that indoor dining rooms can be very noisy.
Even with a good noise barrier, you can still hear people talking outside in the dining rooms, so there are pros and cons to every option.
Here are five reasons to consider an outdoor dining space:1.
You get to see the outdoors without having to leave the kitchen or counter2.
You don’t have to worry about noise3.
You’re in the outdoors and not in the kitchen4.
You can enjoy the outdoors at home with your family5.
You could get out and enjoy the view from your dining room.
But first, you have to decide where to start.
